James Argiris has been involved in law since 1978, and has been a partner with the firm since 1985.

James has a strong connection with his clients, who rely on his advice to resolve legal matters in a timely and cost efficient manner.
James has the support of long term support staff who work closely together to achieve the desired results.
Jim has been a past treasurer of the Newcastle Law Society, and is an Honorary Solicitor for many community organisations.
Jim has also been a Notary Public for since 2006.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, playing his guitar and travelling.
Graeme is a partner in the firm.
Graeme was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991 however has been involved in law firms since 1982.
Since being admitted he has specialised in Family Law matters, both property and children. Graeme endeavours to resolve family law disputes with a view to reducing delay and unnecessary legal costs.
Graeme has a broad background in a number of legal areas including conveyancing, wills, estates and general litigation.
Graeme has previously been President of the Newcastle Law Society, and Assistant Treasurer to the Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association. He continues to be a member of the NSW and Newcastle Law Societies, Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association and a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
Outside of law, Graeme’s principal interests are his family and tennis. He continues to play competitive tennis which he has done for more than 30 years.
